We collect you from your hotel in Hanoi, Ha Long Bay or Ninh Bình. From Hanoi or Ha Long Bay it's around 2–3 hours south through the countryside.

Good to know
Is the tour private?
Yes. The car, driver and guide are for your group only, and no other travellers join. You set the pace, and the plan can change as you go.
Where can you pick us up?
From your hotel in Hanoi or Ninh Binh, from Noi Bai Airport, or from Ha Long Bay. On day 2 we can drop you in Hanoi, at the airport or in Ha Long Bay. The round-trip private transfer is in the price.
Can we choose the day 2 route later?
Yes. Pick one of the three routes when you book, and you can still switch on the evening of day 1 after talking with your guide.
How are children priced?
Children aged 3–5 pay 75% of the adult price and infants under 2 travel free. From 6 years old the adult price applies. Tell us their ages so the car and room are right.
Can we upgrade the hotel?
Yes. The 3-star Tam Cốc Holiday Retreat is included. A 4-star room is +$55 and a 5-star room +$85 per private room, and Philip confirms the exact hotel with your plan.
How do booking and payment work?
Send the form or message Philip. Once your plan and price are agreed, he confirms on WhatsApp (+84 84 635 9779) and you pay a 15% deposit by Moreta Pay QR. The balance is paid on the tour. Cancel more than 72 hours ahead for a full refund. Please never pay anyone before Philip’s confirmation.
